• All garments are made to order.

• Orders are produced and shipped within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during peak seasons.

Shipping

• Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

• Delivery times vary by destination and chosen shipping method. Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

Customs and Duties

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to love your assiibey piece. If you are not fully satisfied, you may be able to return your item subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, unless a longer period is required by local law.

• Garments must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • With all original tags and labels attached

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused

  • In a clean, odour free condition, exactly as received

Items that are damaged, worn, washed or returned without tags may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain categories such as customised pieces or final sale items may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

Return Process

• To request a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

• Customers are responsible for all postage and shipping charges for returns, unless the item is confirmed as faulty or sent in error by assiibey.
